Return & Refund Policy – Dreki Leather

At Dreki Leather, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather goods. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

• Unused and in its original condition

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, as they are crafted specifically to your order and cannot be resold.

A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund for each returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
