Shipping Policy – Dreki Leather

At Dreki Leather, we believe in transparency and keeping our customers informed. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

 

  • All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Custom orders will take additional time, and we will email you with an estimated shipping date.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

 

As a made-to-order business, we craft each item upon confirmation of the order. We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, and if there are any major delays, we will notify you via email.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Joshua@dreki-leathercraft.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Joshua@dreki-leathercraft.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
